Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

During peak times or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We deliver anywhere in South Africa with trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. (Outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer.)


Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over R500 within South Africa.

Orders below R500 will be charged a standard delivery fee, calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.


Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Local Pickup (if applicable)

If you’re based in Richards Bay, we may offer local pickup on request. Kindly WhatsApp us to arrange collection.
